This year there are 28 films competing in l'Alternativa Official: the feature film y short film sections present the best in international contemporary filmmaking, up-and-coming directors and little-known works.

L'Alternativa Parallel comprises three sections: 20 Years of l'Alternativa, with 22 films spanning the history of the Festival; Panorama, with 14 films reflecting the breadth and quality of independent filmmaking in Spain today; and the Small Experiments family section.

Workers leaving the factory (again) will be shown in the L´Alternativa Official Short Films Selection.

L´ALTERNATIVA Barcelona
